   3. Technical Refunds: Eligible if verified technical issues prevent access, upon support approval.
5. Intellectual Property

   GameRift is an authorised digital game vendor. All copyrights and EULAs belong to original publishers. No resale or redistribution without proper licensing.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

   We strive for reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. GameRift is not liable for third-party outages, game defects, or server downtime. Liability is limited to purchase price.
